Herilalaina Rakotoarison
Postdoctoral researcher, University of Helsinki.
Research areas: Bayesian optimization, amortized inference, hyperparameter optimization, prior-fitted networks.
I am a postdoc at the University of Helsinki, working with Luigi Acerbi. Before that I was a postdoc in Frank Hutter's group at the University of Freiburg (2022–2025), and I did my PhD at Université Paris-Saclay (2017–2022) in the TAU team of INRIA Saclay and LRI, supervised by Marc Schoenauer and Michèle Sebag.
